The holidays can be wonderful as well as stressful for many people.  In the mental health area holidays tend to be the most difficult and at times dangerous for certain individuals.

Take time to just relax and remember it is not about the money or where you are or are not in life it is about the moment.  Seek to be with those who make you feel good.  If you can't then do what makes you feel good, which is emotionally, physically and relaxing.  The holiday pictures painted by the media to not exist and all families have issues.  There is no such thing as the perfect family.   So take it easy and just enjoy life.

For loved ones caring for individuals or who have friends and family members who are having a hard time, put your arm around them, invite them to dinner and just let them know they are loved and they are not alone.

Enjoy the time not the money, or things, or what can't be but what is and what will be.  

Happy Thanks Giving.  There is indeed so much to be thankful for.
